Throughout the 37 plus years of his career in BC local and provincial governments, Randy Diehl has been a prominent figure. He was with the City of Kamloops for over 20 years, leading the City’s corporate strategy to become a “Top 100 Organization”.
After his retirement from the City in 2012, he started Diehl Management Consultants based in Kamloops. Since then, Randy has served as an Interim CAO for local governments in the interior of BC and is a Guest Faculty Member for Capilano University – Municipal Training Institute (MATI) for Leadership and CAO Courses. He also is a Guest Lecturer for the Organizations and Management Mentorship Services for the British Columbia Local Government Management Association.
Randy is the author of “Serving with Pride in the Public Eye: A Story about Striving for Success in Local Government”.
